Parcel Delivery

If you would like to have your items won at auction delivered to you, please fill in the ‘Parcel Delivery Request Form’ located below. Please make sure you understand the process in full and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once you have submitted your ‘Parcel Delivery Request Form’ we will weigh your items, inform you of the amount owed for delivery and then await payment before sending the items out to you.

Unfortunately this delivery service DOES NOT include items such as white goods, sofas, arm chairs, desks, dining sets etc. For our ‘Large Item Delivery’ service please click HERE.

This is an optional service and if you wish to collect the item(s) yourself, then you can follow the usual collection procedure by booking a collection slot with us online using the Guildford or Homestead Farm collection slot appointment service. Parcels that are larger or differ to our standard packaging size of 61 x 46 x 46 cm will not be able to be delivered to you as this is the largest size box that can be delivered by our courier provider. For items that are too big for delivery you can consider either our ‘Large Item Delivery’ service or failing that, you will have to come and collect the item in person. Please remember to book your collection slot if you visit our warehouse.

DELIVERY REQUEST FORM

IMPORTANT INFO

1. SUBMIT A ‘PARCEL DELIVERY REQUEST FORM’

To arrange for your items to be delivered through the post please complete the ‘Parcel Delivery Request Form’ and click ‘SUBMIT’ by 12:00am (midnight) on Sunday. Once you have submitted the form we will get to work on working out how much your parcel will cost to have delivered to you. When we have calculated an amount owed for parcel delivery, expect to receive an invoice and email from delivery@wellersauctions.com with the amount to pay late on Monday.

*Delivery Requests submitted after 12:00am on Sunday will need to be collected in person and a collection slot booked, in accordance with our 5 working days collection time.

2. PAYMENT OF PARCEL DELIVERY

When you receive an invoice and amount owed for delivery, you have until 3:30pm on Tuesday to pay. Once you have made payment, please send an email back to delivery@wellersauctions.com confirming that you have made payment, we will then check and confirm that this has been settled.

Late payment after deadline will result in youre items going out the following week (additional storage charges will apply).

3. WHEN WILL YOUR ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

Our pick-up day for deliveries is once a week on a Thursday with payment required to be with us by 3:30pm on the Tuesday. You can expect your items to take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

4. NEED ADDITIONAL INSURANCE?

For lots that are of a higher value of £200 or more, you may wish to take out additional insurance. If you would like us to purchase additional insurance on your behalf please tick the box in the ‘Parcel Delivery Request Form’. Once we have worked out the cost of delivery of your items, we will then request payment to be made for this as well as the additional insurance cost on top. Payment for this must be with us by 3:30pm on the Tuesday prior to the items being posted out to you on the Thursday.

Terms & Conditions

 

Please read carefully the following shipping terms

 

    • Parcel Delivery quotation requests should be made no later than 12:00pm (Midnight) on Sunday each week for lots won in that week.
    • Please ensure you have already paid your auction invoice(s) required by 3:30pm the day following each auction. If any invoice is outstanding you will be unable to receive parcel delivery of your items.
    • On receipt of your shipping quotation and invoice from delivery@wellersauctions.com, please make payment ASAP and send us an email confirmation that this has been paid. Late payment will result in your items going out the following week, and additional storage charges may apply.
    • Payment of your Parcel Delivery invoice should be paid no later than 3:30pm Tuesday. Late payment will result in your items going out the following week, and additional storage charges may apply.
    • Your parcel will be shipped to the address showing on your auction invoice with which you registered to bid on Thursday. We do not post to third parties or variant shipping addresses.
    • We aim to ship parcels by Thursday, providing funds are received within the above timeframe.
    • Unless otherwise stated, parcels are dispatched using FedEX or Royal Mail.
    • Parcels are covered for loss up to a value of £200 as standard. If you require additional insurance, please state so at the time of submitting your ‘Parcel Delivery Request Form’. Our shipping team will recommend a suitable level of additional optional compensation to cover the value of the lots on your invoice.
    • We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Damaged parcels should be refused by you, the recipient. Compensation applications will be processed by the courier.
    • Parcel Delivery to UK Mainland only.
    • Postage size, weight and content restrictions may apply. We reserve the right to refuse quotation for postage of any lot at our discretion.
    • Payment of our Parcel Delivery shipping invoice implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions of postage.
