Architectural Collective Sale
We are delighted to bring to you our Architectural Salvage and Vintage Collective Sale which will be taking place on Saturday 7th August. We will inform bidders nearer the time as to the start time of this exciting auction. Become a Vendor and Consign
Entries will include but not limited to: statuary, garden furniture, York paving, stone paving, gates, chimney pots, posts, stained glass, lighting, mirrors, door furniture, vintage interior, fire surrounds, inserts and tools, metal signs, tractor memorabilia, steam related, taxidermy, antique furniture, and church effects.
The process is simple:
1. Fill out the attached entry form or email details to [email protected]
2. If the lots are available to be moved to our site then this will be arranged upon receipt of entry.
3. If the lots are large then we can sell your lots remotely. I will come to you, take photographs and generate a condition report (the buyer can then collect from you).
4. Our aim is to sell all lots for the best possible price. However, if you have an unsold item we can arrange to enter it into the next available auction or arrange a collection date
Our Sellers Charges
We are charging for this auction 15% for lots that sell for £500 or less, and 10% thereafter. There is also a nominal £4 lotting fee per lot (all charges are pus vat). If an item sells for £10,000 or more then we will charge 5% (plus vat).
How Can Bidders Bid & Sale Advertising
This auction will be broadcast across a number of bidding platforms including The-Saleroom, iBidder, Bid-Spotter, as well as our own auction platform, thus utilising the largest of buyer databases from each platform to attract the most realistic and sincere bidders to the lots that will be on offer in this auction. It will be backed up by a substantial PR campaign including social media and digital advertising. We held a very successful closing down sale last year for Robert Mills in Bristol and attracted some 1200 participating bidders, which was our largest captive audience for an off-site architectural auction, and was also one of our most successful auctions to date. Deadline for Entries
The auction will take place on Saturday 7th August and all entries must be returned to us by Thursday 15th July which will give use the maximum possible exposure online, giving buyers the chance to find the items on offer in this auction.
