Our Sellers Charges

We are charging for this auction 15% for lots that sell for £500 or less, and 10% thereafter. There is also a nominal £4 lotting fee per lot (all charges are pus vat). If an item sells for £10,000 or more then we will charge 5% (plus vat).

How Can Bidders Bid & Sale Advertising

This auction will be broadcast across a number of bidding platforms including The-Saleroom, iBidder, Bid-Spotter, as well as our own auction platform, thus utilising the largest of buyer databases from each platform to attract the most realistic and sincere bidders to the lots that  will be on offer in this auction. It will be backed up by a substantial PR campaign including social media and digital advertising. We held a very successful closing down sale last year for Robert Mills in Bristol and attracted some 1200 participating bidders, which was our largest captive audience for an off-site architectural auction, and was also one of our most successful auctions to date.
