Large Item Delivery

If you would like to have you’re large items such as white goods such as sofas, arm chairs, desks, dining sets etc. then you have come to the right place!

Please submit a ‘Large Item Delivery Form’ below and our dedicated in-house delivery team will be in touch to discuss a time and date with you, and arrange payment.

Unfortunately this delivery service DOES NOT include taking the item into your premises. This is a ‘curb-side only’ service, so please make sure you are able to lift the item into place yourself. This is an optional service and if you wish to collect the item yourself, then you can follow the usual collection procedure by booking a collection slot with us online using the Guildford or Homestead Farm collection slot appointment service.

Deliveries will be subject to Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

 

 

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY REQUEST FORM

IMPORTANT INFO

1. SUBMIT THE DELIVERY REQUEST FORM

To arrange for your large items to be delivered to an address of your choice, please complete the form and click ‘SUBMIT’. Once you have submitted the form one of our dedicated delivery team members will be in touch. 

2. WE WILL CONTACT YOU

Once we receive your submitted ‘Large Item Delivery Form’ one of our dedicated delivery team members will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time to deliver your items. We will also provide you with an amount owed, and how to pay which is calculated on your location and address submitted in your form.

3. NEED ADDITIONAL INSURANCE?

As we are delivering ourselves, any item damaged in transit will of course be compensated and a reasonable agreement reached however; your items will be safely secured before leaving our premises and we do not anticipate this being an issue. Any items loaded onto our company vehicle will have images taken before loading as in some instances the item may have prior damage and be part of why the item has been sold at auction.

4. CONFIRMATION

Once you have paid the amount owed for the Large Item Delivery service, we will send you an email to confirm payment has been received and we look forward to seeing you on the agreed date and time.

If you need to change your delivery address, providing this is done early enough, and DOES NOT exceed the 60 mile radius please contact us immediately on 01483 802280 or email reception@wellersauctions.com. If our driver has already left then we will be unable to change the address location for you.

*This service is offered for bulky items and white goods such as sofas, arm chairs, desks, dining sets ONLY. If you wish for us to deliver the rest of your items won at auction, we can do this however there will be a small additional fee for doing so.
