Changes to Auction ‘Important Information’
Failure to make your pre-arranged collection slot will be charged at £10.00 and added to your next bill. The reason we are now having to implement this is because some customers have failed to turn up to their pre-arranged collection slot and it takes us time to get your items together ready for you to collect when you arrive so that you can collect your items as quickly as possible and get on with the rest of your day.
Please let us know ASAP if you cannot attend your collection slot, as this slot can be used by another customer and we ask you to think of others, rather than just not turning up and us having all your items ready to collect. We did not want to have to impliment this however no-shows at pre-arranged collection slots will now be charged and added to your next bill.
