Customer Collections Update:
As of Monday 15th November we will be changing the amount of days available to collect the lots you have won at auction from 5 working days down to 3 working days. The reason for this change is due to an expansion of our sales, with more lots being sold at auction than ever before. This will enable us to offer you not only larger auctions, but more of them.
The lifting of the Covid-19 restrictions has enabled us to serve more customers and we are now in a position to allow you to collect your items at a faster rate. We would appreciate your support in this change as it will be you the customer who will benefit from this slight change in our collection deadline, and we look forward to giving you more of what you love at auction!
Lots Not Collected:
Unfortunately, there will however be a penalty for those lots not collected within the 3 working days requirement. Any lot not collected will be charged at £10 per day up to a maximum of 5 working days, after which your items will be re-entered into auction and sold again on your behalf with no reserve policy. So please ensure you book your collection appointments and collect the items you have won with us at auction.
