As a result of this upgrade, you just need to reset your password and then proceed to re-enter your card details on the first auction that you register for, in order to complete your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to continue to bid with us online.
Please follow these simple steps below to reset your password:
1. CLICK HERE and enter your email address that you previously used to login
(please use your email address as your username).
2. Check your inbox for an email from us (please check your junk/spam folder too)
3. Click on the link in the email and enter your new password
Once you have done this, in order to bid you must re-enter your card/payment details:
