Book Your Collections Online:

We’ve tried to make our system even easier for you, and you can now book your collections slots online via our website. All you have to do is pick the day you want to collect, and if there are any available slots left you will see a list of times still available. Select one of the time slots and enter your information. Please where possible enter your bidders number in the notes section, this will simply help us to locate your account.

The collection slots are allocated to 10 minutes, so there is no change in the lenght of time for a collection. Please ensure you continue to arrive promptly for your collection appointment and if you cannot make your slot you can cancel your appointment via the conformation email. You are also able to reschedule which will cancel your original time and you can choose a different time. Please let us know ASAP if you cannot attend your collection slot so that it can be used by others, the minimum we expect is 24 hours notice. If you let us know in less than 24 hours there will be a penalty charge added to your account.

All collection appointments MUST now be made online, which you can do so by clicking the following link or navigating to the ‘General Auctions’ or under the ‘Register | Login’ tabs: www.wellersauctions.com/general-auctions/collection-slots/

Failure to Collect Your Lots:

Regretfully, we are having to clamp down on lots not collected withing the 7 working days timeframe. Now, moving forward If you do not collect your items within the 7 working days timeframe, NO REFUND will be given for the items not collected. An admin charge of 10% will be applied to your account to re-book the items back into a future auction which MUST be paid in full. Unfortunately we do not have the luxuary of space and are unable to sit on your items for longer than 7 working days and as there has been an increasing amount of late collections we are unfortunately having to take these measures. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable, so please ensure that when you bid that you have every intention of collecting or having the items delivered as per our new ‘Delivery’ option available to customers for items sold in our General Auctions from Monday 26th April.
