If you have bought items at auction and would like to arrange a time to come and collect in person, please select your collection slot below and leave your details. This page is for booking a collection slot at our main Guildford warehouse in Bedford Road. Please ensure that your items are collected in the 5 working days time frame, as agreed when registering for our General Auctions.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO COLLECT?
You have up to 5 working days to collect your items, so you can bid on a Monday and Thursday and collect everything at once if you wish to do so. Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for all lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
HOW MANY AUCTIONS CAN BE COLLECTED AT ONCE?
You can only collect up to a maximum of up to 3 auction day winnings at once, but all Lots must still be collected within 5 working days. Any sale days after this time will be put back into auction and you WILL NOT receive a refund for this.
CAN I PICK UP ITEMS WON ON THE SAME DAY AS MY COLLECTION SLOT?
You WILL NOT be able to collect items on the day you have won the items, only items sold on a previous day can be collected.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ITEMS IF NOT COLLECTED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS?
If you fail to collect your items within 5 working days, your items will be re-entered into auction and you WILL NOT receive a refund.
WHAT IF I AM LATE TO MY COLLECTION SLOT?
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your collection slot and if you are running a few minutes late, please contact reception on 01483 802280 or email email@example.com.
If for whatever reason you are unable to make your collection slot please let us know ASAP as this slot can be used by another customer, and we ask you to think of others. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your collection slot. Failure to do so will result in a 10% additional admin fee which MUST be paid. If you don’t have a collection slot you will be turned away.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A COLLECTION SLOT?
DO NOT turn up without a collection slot. If you do not have a collection slot, you will be turned away until you have booked a collection slot which will most likely not be same day due to how quickly our collection slot appointments get filled.
*Any invoice that is not paid for, or any no-show to a collection slot will incur a 10% admin fee that you will be liable for.
*SAME DAY COLLECTIONS ARE UNAVAILABLE
