Face Coverings Mandatory

Published: Jul 17, 2020

Dear Customers,

We hope you are all well and have been able to get back to some form of normailty post lockdown!

As of Monday, we are kindly asking that if you are collecting items from one of our Monday & Thursday auctions that you please wear a face covering when entering our premises. Obviously guidance from the government is making this compulsory as of 24th July, so we kindly ask for you to adhere to this new rule from Monday, just so we can take the precautionary measures to protect all.

Q: Why are we asking you to do this?

The main reason for this decision is that we wish to continue to operate with the highest possible protection against any possible Covid-19 transmission and want to do as much as we can to protect both you, our valued customers, and our staff.

Payments:

With regards to paying for your items, we strongly advise where possible if you could pay either via the ‘Pay Now‘ link or via Bank Transfer, once again for similar reasons so that we can reduce card payments on the day of collection and thus protect against any spread of Covid-19.

*Card payments will still be accepted but we kindly ask if you could use the other two alternate methods as a preference.

Many thanks for your understanding with this!

Regards,

The Wellers Team
