Wellers Auctions partners with some of the UK’s largest retailers and transport networks to handle customer returns, end-of-line stock, unclaimed property, and undelivered parcels. Alongside this, we run a wide variety of specialist sales, including agricultural auctions, antiques & collectables, and architectural salvage. Position: Order Picking & Inventory Management
Thank you for your interest in joining the team at Wellers Auctions. Please complete the form below to apply for our Order Picking & Inventory Management position.
This role involves ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, prepared, and ready for collection at their pre-booked collection times. You will help monitor outbound products, ensuring all orders are completed within the correct time frame, maintain stock accuracy, and follow safety procedures when operating handling equipment. The position includes both independent tasks and teamwork within our busy warehouse environment, working closely with the auction production team.
As part of the role, you will also greet customers on-site, assist with enquiries, and support our stock inventory processes by identifying and redistributing items that have been left behind, unpaid, unsold, or awaiting collection.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
We provide training where required, and you will be joining a friendly, committed, and enthusiastic team who take pride in their work.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods

Positive attitude and self-motivated approach

Active, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
