Appointment Needed for Collections

Dear Customers,

We have had a few instances where customers have turned up without pre-booking an appointment with us prior to collecting their items. We wish to remind all customers that when you have finished bidding for the day, to please contact reception either by phone or email and arrange a collection slot for yourself, our staff will then be able to deal with your items and have them ready for when you arrive. You WILL NOT be able to collect your items up without an appointment!
