The West Meon Collective Auction is one of Hampshire’s largest and most established farm sales, attracting hundreds of bidders both on-site and online. By completing the entry form below, you can consign your machinery, vehicles, plant, tools, and equipment directly into the sale, ensuring maximum exposure to a wide and active buyer base. Whether you’re selling a single item or a full yard clearance, our team is here to make the process straightforward and transparent.
Please ensure your lots are of sufficient quality to realise £5 or more. Any unreserved lots failing to achieve this may be combined with the next lot at the auctioneer’s discretion for clearance. Any unsold lots will need collecting or risk disposal.

Delivery to Site: Wednesday 24th September, Thursday 25th September from 8am (Telehandler from 9am). Please ensure that all items are delivered within the dates listed for our auction on Saturday 27th September. Please contact our event organisers for further details.
