Delivery

That’s right, now you can have the items you win at auction delivered straight to your door! There are two options for delivery available, and you will find out exactly how to do this below.

Option 1 – Parcel Delivery:

If you would like to have your items won at auction delivered to you, please fill in the ‘Delivery Request Form’ located at the bottom of this page. Please make sure you understand the process in full and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Option 2 – Bulky Item Delivery:

This service is offered for bulky items and white goods such as sofas, arm chairs, desks, dining sets which can be delivered directly to you. This does not include taking the item into your premises as this is a curb-side only service, so please make sure you are able to lift the item into place yourself.

Of course, this is only ‘optional’, and if you wish to collect the item yourself, then you can follow the usual collection procedure. Just make sure you bring a vehicle big enough to fit the bulky items in!

*This delivery option only applies when it states in the ‘lot description’ that it qualifies for delivery.

How it Works

 

To arrange for your items to be delivered through the post please complete the form located at the bottom of the page. Items for delivery will be collected once a week, meaning you will be able to have items won in a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday auction delivered to you. These will be collected by FedEx the following week and delivered to you in 2-3 days from dispatch. You will need to submit the ‘Delivery Request Form’ located below, with our cut-off deadline being at 9:00am on the Saturday morning for any lots you have won in the week.

Once you have submitted the form we will get to work on weighing your items and find out which bracket you fall into:

Up to 10kg | 10kg-15kg | 15kg-20kg | 20kg-25kg

We will then contact you by Monday evening or Tuesday morning latest via email ([email protected]), which will include an amount to be paid for delivery of lots won on the requested sale dates selected by you in the ‘Delivery Request Form’. Payment for this will be required to be made by 3:30pm on the Tuesday. Once payment has been received, the items will be collected by FedEx every Wednesday and will be sent out for delivery. We anticipate delivery of your items to take between 2-3 working days to arrive.

 

High Value Insurance

For lots that are of a higher value of £200 or more, you may wish to take out additional insurance.

You can instruct us to take out additional insurance on your behalf, and if you would like us to purchase this for you please tick the box in the ‘Delivery Request Form’ when submitting your parcel delivery request. Once we have worked out the cost of delivery of your items, we will then request payment to be made for this as well as the additional insurance cost on top. Payment for this must be with us by 3:30pm on the Tuesday prior to the items being posted out to you on the Wednesday.

Parcel Dimensions / Additional Charges for Items Not Fitting Standard Sizes

Parcels that are larger or differ to our standard packaging size of 120cm x 70cm x 70cm will not be able to be delivered to you as this is the largest size box that can be delivered by FedEx. For items that are too big for delivery you can consider either our ‘Bulky Item Delivery’ service or failing that, you will have to come and collect the item in person. Please remember to book you collection slot if you visit our warehouse.

 

*FedEx collection day from us is every Wednesday & payment required to be paid on a Tuesday.

* If your ‘Delivery Request Form’ or ‘Delivery Payment’ is received after the deadlines, your items will go out the following week at the next FedEx collection day (the following Wednesday).

 

Pricing

Delivery Request Form

 

To arrange for your items to be delivered through the post please complete the form below and click ‘SUBMIT’. Once you have submitted the form we will get to work on weighing your items and find out which bracket you fall into (Up to 10kg /15kg / 20kg / 25kg), we will then contact you via email ([email protected]), which will include an amount that will be owed for delivery for lots won on the requested sale dates. Once you have paid this figure, your items will then be out for FedEx Delivery at our next available pick-up day.

Our pick-up days for deliveries will be once a week on a Wednesday with payment required to be with us by 3:30pm on the Tuesday. If you miss this deadline your items will go out the following week at the next FedEx collection day.
