- All commission bids must be in Pounds Sterling £.
- Commission bids, if successful, will be subject to our current buyers commission of 20%+ VAT.
- Lots marked in the catalogue with an * will be subject to VAT at 20%.
- Commission bids must be submitted a minimum of 1 hour before the start of the auction. Kitsmead Sale - commission bids must be submitted by 4:00pm the day before the sale. Bids received after these stated times may not be accepted.
- Absentee and Telephone bids are carried out by Wellers as a convenience for buyers. Wellers are not responsible for inadvertently failing to execute or for errors relating to the execution of all such bids.
- Subject to our Terms and Conditions. You must check the Checkbox at the bottom of the form for your bids to be accepted.
